Christ the Ram

Jesus of Nazareth came and left
But remains with you in the Eucharist
For thousands of years
In the world as the Sacrificial Lamb
Through the Saints, He always appeared

Now He shall come to you again
As He promised you
But what He did not tell you
Was that He would return this time as the Ram
But I tell you He has already come
His horns are caught in the brambles of your sin
The brambles are cutting His face

You will never understand this love
Until you are in Heaven

If the horns of the Ram1
Continue to be caught in your sins
What shall the Lord God do?

1 Know that an unblemished lamb
Means it was not docked or castrated
Nor were the horns removed
